Where it all began! stimuLAte is our Signature Class. Learn and master the basics and techniques used in all classes.Combines Cardio, Sculpt, and Stretch to achieve a full mind body soul burn to fun, upbeat, energetic dance music from a plethora of genres.

    Whether I am happy, sad, stressed, or tired, give me one hour with Laura-Ann and I will walk away with a feeling that I can only describe as true freedom. The combination of music, movement, sweat, and her contagious electric energy creates a positive shift - physically, mentally, and emotionally - that occurs consistently and immediately. We practice progress over perfection and I, along with my ass and abs, couldn’t be more grateful.

  • Effervescent Energy

    Dancing with Laura-Ann is the highlight of my week. I can’t believe I have been moving, flowing and sculpting with her for 6 years! Her creative, choreographed movement classes are fun, challenging, and empowering - filling me up with pure joy! She is a passionate dancer and fitness instructor, dedicated to her craft, and creates a collective effervescent energy with everyone in the room. Her routines vary, always flow to the beat accompanied by amazing music, and she combines both aerobic and anaerobic activity in a very sequential, cathartic and playful way. I love how her program taps into strength, balance, and flexibility to tone and sculpt, along with engaging cardio bursts, and her mindful movements. They secretly awaken and strengthen my brain rhythms by making me work my memory, coordination, and attention skills. Her progressions and rep schemes are no joke and she puts in 100% effort to make you sweat with a smile. Class flies by and I always feel rejuvenated and ready to carry on with my day in a beautiful way.

    I’ve held Laura-Ann in the highest regard as a trainer and person since I first met her 4 years ago. Her ability to consistently adapt our workouts to incorporate multiple styles from Pilates and Barre, to Dance and Sculpt is what has kept me training with her for 3+ years. 

    After having multiple trainers with varying styles/functional focuses over the years, I can truly say that L-A has been the best… she’s a true master of her craft!

  • Every Class is a Vibe

    I have been training with Laura-Ann since 2018. In the past 4 years, my body has totally changed. I love that every class is different. You work every muscle and are consistently challenged. Her energy is always to the maximum so you know every class will be a vibe. The whole workout is synced to curated music and, as a former dancer, that is so important. The transitions in class from standing up to the floor are effortless & smooth. As someone who has been actively working out for 20 years, I can tell you that there’s no better workout. Laura-Ann is truly amazing.
